This event is designed to give you experience spearfishing with a pole spear in the shallows for reef fish and with a pry bar for Santa Barbara uni aka sea urchin! No previous dive experience is required. You will need to bring your own dive gear (or rent dive gear for this outing if you do not own gear which is typically 50-$70/day from a local dive shop). Please email me for dive gear rental suggestions as there are no gear rentals available in the city of Santa Barbara. I will provide pole spears, pry bars and floats. The exact meeting/dive location will be emailed to you with confirmation of purchase.
