I'm seeing something that looks like dental floss on top of mussel beds. Not sure if it's just dried up seaweed that looks white or if it's floss. If it was biodegradable floss is that actually allowed or not since I saw mixed comments online?

Christina, sorry but I just saw this! It is likely dried phylospadix sp. sea grass which turns white when sun bleached.
