Refund Policy for this Private Booking

 Event-specific cancellation policy:

• 16+ days notice: Full refund in class credits

• 10–15 days notice: 50% refund in class credits

• 9 days or less: No refund

Please note: We do not offer credit transfers to another class or date unless you qualify for the full refund in credits

 

Transfers

Since this is a one-time private event, you may transfer your booked spot to another person as long as you email Kevin at catchncookca@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the event.

 

If CNCC Cancels the Class

If a class is canceled by Kevin and Taku due to weather, safety, or any unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund. Safety is always our top priority.
