Refund Policy

Lock it in or change your mind?: Once you book a spot, it's yours and can't be passed to someone else. But hey, life happens, so here's the deal:

 

        Plan change? No sweat!: Got over two weeks before the event? You can cancel and get all your money back, no questions asked.

 

        Cutting it close?: If you're between 13 and 3 days out from the event, you can still cancel, but you'll get back only half of what you paid. Fair's fair, right?

 

        Last-minute bail?: If we're down to the wire (2 days or less), refunds aren't in the cards. Gotta stick to the plan!

 

    If we cancel on you?: If we have to postpone or cancel because things look dicey or just not right, you're covered. You can either jump onto another date or get your money back, your call.
