• All gift card purchases  are final sale.

• Gift cards never expire and can be used toward any future class or outing offered by Catch N Cook California.

• Gift cards hold no cash value.

• Gift cards cannot be refunded, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.

All class bookings made using gift card codes qualify for refunds in the forms of class credits if they fall under our standard cancellation policy:

• 14+ days notice: Full refund (in class credits)

• 2–13 days notice: 50% refund (in class credits)

• Less than 48 hours notice: No refund

Please note: We do not offer credit transfers to another class or date unless you qualify for the full refund under our cancellation policy above.

GIFT CARD FAQs

1. How do I redeem a gift card?

Enter your gift card code at checkout when booking any class. The balance will apply automatically.

2. Can gift cards be used for any class?

Yes. Gift cards can be used toward any current or future Catch N Cook California class or outing.

3. Do gift cards expire?

No. CNCC gift cards never expire.

4. Are gift cards refundable?

No. All gift card purchases are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged. Eligible cancellations may receive class credit, not refunds.

5. Can I combine gift cards with promo codes?

You should be able to use a promo code and then use a gift card code as a form of payment. Please contact us if you come across any issues.

6. Can I reschedule a class booked with a gift card promo code?

Only if your cancellation qualifies under the standard refund policy. Eligible cancellations may receive class credit, not refunds.

7. Can I upgrade to another class if I already booked?

Possibly. Email us at catchncookca@gmail.com and we’ll help you adjust your booking if timing and space allows.

8. What happens if I miss my class?

No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are not eligible for credit.

9. What if the weather looks bad?

Ocean and weather forecasts can be unreliable. If Kevin determines conditions pose a safety risk, the class will be rescheduled or credited in full. Some classes may continue in light weather conditions if they do not affect the quality of the experience. 

10. Can I use multiple gift cards on one class?

No — at this time, this platform does not allow you to combine multiple gift card balances at checkout.

11. How do I check my gift card balance?

Email catchncookca@gmail.com with your name and gift card code.

12. Can I give a gift card to someone else?

Absolutely. Anyone who has the gift card code may use it. If someone purchased a gift card for you and you'd like to give it to someone else, that’s completely fine. Gift cards act like digital credit — whoever holds the code can redeem it at checkout.
