Refund Policy for Black Friday Bookings

All class bookings made using the Black Friday promo code CNCCBF15 qualify for class credits and fall under our standard cancellation policy:

• 14+ days notice: Full refund in class credits

• 2–13 days notice: 50% refund in class credits

• Less than 48 hours notice: No refund

Please note: We do not offer credit transfers to another class or date unless you qualify for the full refund in credits.

 

Black Friday Credit Eligibility

If you booked a class using the Black Friday discount and need to cancel:

• You may receive class credit toward a future date if your cancellation falls within the refund policy above.

• Cancellations outside these windows are not eligible for credit.

 

Transfers

You may transfer your booked spot to another person as long as you email Kevin at catchncookca@gmail.com at least 24 hours before the event.

 

If CNCC Cancels the Class

If a class is canceled by Kevin due to weather, safety, or any unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a full refund in class credits. Safety is always our top priority.
