Want to learn to fish the rocks? This outing makes for a great follow up to my Intro-Level Shore Fishing as we target rockfish, cabezon and other reef fish.  Learn about knots, hooks, rigs, preferred baits, where to cast, adjusting drag, detecting bites, freeing up snags, etc. all while fishing for a number of great eating local nearshore species!  Past catches as part of these outings have included rockfish, eels, perch, greenling, and cabezon! It will also be mussel season so we will forage for mussels as long as there are no seasonal county-specific shellfish closures. *Precise location shared upon registration.
